Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Handle new joiner formalities and maintain employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Support HR team in payroll coordination and performance tracking.
- Assist in employee engagement and training programs.
- Manage HR documentation and filing (digital and physical).
- Respond to employee queries and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / any relevant field.
- Internship or prior experience in HR preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10, ₹13,537.65 per month
