Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager for Gold Loans, your main responsibility will be to drive the growth of the gold loan business in your assigned region. This will involve managing sales teams, implementing regional strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring operational compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold loans - Identify and develop new markets and customer segments - Enhance branch productivity and expand the loan portfolio in the region - Lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers and field executives - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide necessary training and coaching - Drive business through branches, DSAs, and digital platforms - Build and nurture strong relationships with partners and stakeholders - Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends for informed decision-making - Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and audit requirements - Manage risks associated with gold appraisal and loan disbursement processes - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline, MBA preferred - Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in gold loan operations - Proven experience in gold loans or secured lending products - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, gold valuation, and lending norms - Analytical mindset to drive performance,
