About The Role : We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Products Sales to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the assigned region.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

  • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Product Sales.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
