About The Role : We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Products Sales to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing company while working with a committed and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the assigned region.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including institutions and specialty product distributors.
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to achieve business objectives.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and organizational goals.
Ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG, Institutional Sales, or Specialty Product Sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
