With a strong digital presence and loyal customer base, we are now expanding aggressively into offline retail, general trade, and modern trade. We are looking for a driven and energetic Offline Sales Executive to join our Delhi team and play a key role in our retail growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand offline sales channels (general trade, modern trade, specialty organic stores, and institutional sales) in Delhi NCR.

Identify, onboard, and manage new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.

Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure visibility, availability, and promotion of products.

Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.

Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and activations to drive brand awareness.

Provide market insights on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA (preferred) with 2–5 years of offline sales experience in FMCG.

Experience in organic/natural products, health food, or premium FMCG is an advantage.

Strong network in Delhi NCR retail and distribution channels.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
