Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented professional with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage and guide the sales team to meet targets and enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales and marketing, preferably in [industry type, e.g., education, FMCG, IT, etc.].
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Important:
This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
