Job Description:

We are hiring a Civil Tender & Contract Engineer to handle tender preparation, contract management, costing, and documentation for civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil works and experience in tendering & contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit technical & commercial tenders for civil projects.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, and procurement teams for accurate tender inputs.
  • Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and project budgeting.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards.
  • Maintain tender documentation and follow up with clients & consultants.
  • Support negotiations with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor contract conditions, variations, and claims.
  • Prepare tender comparison sheets and MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of experience in civil tendering & contract management.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction rates, specifications, and estimation.
  • Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
