Profile introduction

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Analyze tender documents, including requests for proposals (RFPs), invitations to tender (ITTs), and requests for quotations (RFQs), to understand client requirements, scope of work, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, legal, and finance teams, to develop tender strategies, pricing models, and bid proposals that meet client needs and maximize win probability.
- Prepare and compile tender submissions, ensuring all required documentation, forms, and attachments are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
- Review and analyze contracts, terms and conditions, and legal agreements associated with tender opportunities, and participate in contract negotiations with clients as needed.
- Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes, and provide regular reports and updates to management on tender activities and performance.
- Monitor and track tender results and feedback, and conduct post-tender analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future bids.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements related to tendering processes and procurement practices.
- Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations to discuss tender requirements, answer questions, and promote company capabilities and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPPB) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or procurement roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, procurement principles, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret tender documents, analyze requirements, and develop competitive bid proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
