Digital Strategy & Execution

● Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social,

email, content, automation) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

● Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Performance & Analytics

● Track KPIs and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor

campaign effectiveness.

● Optimize based on data insights to improve ROI, CAC, CLTV, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work with product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and

brand consistency.

● Enable sales through lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Content & Communication

● Oversee marketing content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, landing

pages, and emailers tailored to the buyer journey.

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS

environment.

● Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and metrics.

● Experience crafting go-to-market strategies and launching digital products.

● Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

● Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics.

● Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot,

SEMrush, etc.

● Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
