Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
  • Assist clients in navigating and using our systems effectively.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on client requests until resolution.
  • Document client interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training or walkthroughs to clients when required.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of technology and web-based applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in client support will be an added advantage
