About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and people-friendly
Member Support Interns
to join our
Customer Success team
. In this role, you'll be actively engaged in guiding customers through their journey with Chillsoft — from
demo and onboarding to implementation and ongoing support
.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in
Customer Success, SaaS product implementation, and client relationship management
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting
    product demos
    for customers.
  • Support clients during
    onboarding and implementation
    stages.
  • Provide
    post-implementation support
    and resolve customer queries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in
    Hindi and English
    .
  • Capture customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve processes.
  • Ensure customers get maximum value from our HRMS platform.

Requirements

  • Must have
    completed any degree
    (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong communication skills in
    Hindi and English
    .
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Interest in building a career in
    Customer Success / Support
    .
  • Eagerness to learn SaaS product workflows and client engagement.
