Looking for proactive and customer-focused Support Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle client queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience while maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions or escalate to the technical team when necessary.
- Assist clients in navigating and using our systems effectively.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on client requests until resolution.
- Document client interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide training or walkthroughs to clients when required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of technology and web-based applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in client support will be an added advantage.
