About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our voice support team as a customer service professional.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions over the phone, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on customer issues
  • Adhere to shift schedules and company policies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience (tech support experience not considered)
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
