About DSO Client services
DSO client services seek to deliver high-value, connected data to support growth and enhance client experiences by providing a full range of off-platform offerings that integrate proprietary and third-party data sets, normalized through a common data model, and ultimately allow clients to access market, company, and alternative data through a variety of delivery methods like programming languages, APIs, and data feeds.
DSO is the industry's leading supplier of FactSet and third-party content, focusing on three pillars: Connected material, Digital Delivery, and Client Workflow Solutions, with an emphasis on client and collaboration between providers. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard Data Feeds, Exchange Data Feeds, Digital Solutions, OnDemand/APIs, Cloud Deliveries, Cornerstone and User Defined Feeds, and Benchmark Feeds.
Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our client services group as Specialist, Client Solutions
You will be given immediate responsibility working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and developing your expertise on DSO range of products and processes. Moving forward, you will be managing implementation projects and key accounts, delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients.
Process Brief
FactSet Digital Solutions provides digital investment solutions for retail banking, private banking, wealth management, online brokerage, advisory and the media based on flexible technology and comprehensive support and hosting for integrated digital services and applications.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:- Providing intelligent solutions and support to clients globally
- Provide intelligent solutions and support to global clients by developing expertise in digital products and solutions.
- Client relationship management
- Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Working closely with product development for innovative solutions
- Conduct external and internal training sessions to enhance client understanding and product adoption.
- Assisting pre-sales process
What We're Looking For
We welcome ambitious team players with proven ability to take initiative and find creative solutions. Applicants must have a genuine interest in finance and technology, as well as the desire to continually learn and develop in an ever-changing environment. In addition, we require:
- A relevant master's degree or equivalent (Finance + engineering is ideal)
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in one or more programming/query languages - or a relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude
- Good financial knowledge
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and work with new technologies
- Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client-facing role
- Previous client-facing experience
- Knowledge on APIs and SQL.
- Knowledge on Capital markets and Asset Classes.
