Position: Collection Executive (B2B2C Process)

Location: Bangalore

No. of Openings: 3 (2 Male, 1 Female)

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle collections for B2B2C loan portfolio.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls and emails.
  • Negotiate and resolve customer queries while ensuring timely collection of dues.
  • Maintain daily reports of follow-ups, commitments, and payments collected.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases and provide resolution.
  • Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections (B2B/B2C/NBFC/Banking preferred).

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

  • Gender Preference: 2 Male & 1 Female candidate required.

  • DRA - Certificate required (Debt Recovery Agent)

  • Other Skills:

  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
