Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Executive B2B2C, based in Bengaluru. The Collections Executive will be responsible for credit control, managing debt collection processes, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring receivables, contacting clients for overdue payments, negotiating repayment schedules, and reporting on collection activities. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess and manage credit risk effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Collections
  • Strong Communication Skills in Hindi and English
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience in the NBFC or banking industry is a plus
