Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent client acquisition.
- Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling and value-driven interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with the ₹12 to 20Cr turnover goal subject to salary expectations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Meetings & Event ( International & Domestic)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
