Job Summary

The marketing head will lead and manage all marketing activities for KGF Gold Loan's 6 branches in Tamil Nadu. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring both online and offline campaigns; managing a small marketing team; working with vendors; and ensuring that the companys brand and message reach the right customers

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Create clear and practical marketing plans (online & offline) that match the companys goals.
  • Take management approval before starting any campaign.
  • Plan special campaigns during local festivals, wedding seasons, and key times for gold loans.

    Keep up with market trends and come up with fresh ideas to increase customer walk-ins and brand awareness.
  • Make sure all activities follow RBI rules and company policies.

2. Team Management

  • Assign tasks based on team roles:

  • Graphic Designer – posters, banners, creative design.

  • Digital Marketer – online ads, SEO, social media.
  • Offline Executive – field events, pamphlet distribution, local promotions.
  • Tele-callers – follow-up calls, customer engagement.

  • Review the daily work of each team member and share reports with the JMD.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss results and plan improvements.

3. Online Marketing

  • Monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online promotions.
  • Keep an eye on social media posts, replies, and brand image
  • Use CRM reports to check how online campaigns are performing and adjust strategies if needed.
  • Make sure the website is updated and reviews are tracked.

4. Offline Marketing

  • Plan local activities like pamphlet distribution, small events, and market visits—about 1–2 campaigns per week for each branch.
  • Coordinate with each branch to carry out these campaigns smoothly.
  • Collect feedback from staff and customers to see what worked
  • Send campaign results to management to support future decisions.

5. Vendor Coordination

  • Work with local vendors for printing, event setups, and advertising.
  • Ensure materials like banners, posters, and leaflets are delivered on time.
  • Get quotations and ensure the best prices and timely payments.

6. Branch Support

  • Stay in regular touch with each branch to understand their specific needs.
  • Guide branches on local marketing efforts.
  • Share the best marketing ideas among branches for better results.
  • Ensure all branches follow the same brand look and message.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Use tools like CRM and campaign dashboards to track:

  • How many leads came from which campaign

  • What campaigns worked best in each branch

  • Share monthly performance reports with management.

  • Suggest changes based on real data to improve future campaigns.
