Position: Graduate Trainee - Sales
Business Unit: ENOX/Yale
Job Location: Various Locations Pan India
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively promote our products to Architects, Interior Designers, Fabricators, and Dealers to generate business in your assigned area.
- Conduct local marketing activities (BTL Below The Line) like product demos, small events, or customer meets to increase awareness about our brand and products.
- Identify new and unique customer segments or markets and bring in new business opportunities with support from channel partners.
- Train and guide channel partners (distributors/dealers), shop staff, carpenters, interior designers, and architects on product features and benefits so they can recommend and sell our products better.
- Build strong relationships with key influencers to drive product recommendations and customer interest.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensure timely payments from customers, and support long-term business growth in your territory.
- Prepare and maintain reports (MIS) to track trends, find new business opportunities, and suggest improvements for better performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BBA (or equivalent) - Full time from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with computer software applications including major Microsoft "Office Suite" programs, specifically Excel.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills is required.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills and time management habits.
- Motivated self-starter with a high aptitude for acquiring new skills and principles.
