Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Trainee in the Sales department. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in a field sales role. As an Executive Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in assigned zones.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.

3. Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop and implement sales strategies.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned zones.
