**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
Create engaging product descriptions, blogs, and marketing content.
Assist in designing promotional materials and campaign creatives.
2. Social Media Handling
Manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Post updates, interact with followers, and track engagement.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure timely resolution of complaints and build positive relationships.
Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
4. Stock & Order Management
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock updates.
Monitor product availability on e-commerce platforms.
Assist in order processing, returns, and replacements.
5. Office Coordination
Maintain daily reports and trackers.
Coordinate between internal teams for smooth workflow.
Provide administrative support to the e-commerce department.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field).
Strong communication & writing skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms & e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow in e-commerce industry.
**Job Type**:
Full-time | Trainee Position
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
