Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager based in Gurugram. The Fleet Manager will oversee fleet operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while implementing best practices to optimize day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing fleet maintenance, tracking performance metrics, developing operational strategies, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain seamless transportation processes. The role entails identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure the efficiency, safety, and scalability of fleet-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to maintain and optimize fleet activities.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth execution of processes.
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance standards to uphold safety and legal requirements.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
