We're Hiring: Hub Manager – Gurgaon

TriEV is a 3PL EV Fleet Operator engaged in the green mobility ecosystem, providing electric vehicles on subscription for last-mile delivery and commute services. Our mission is to empower riders with clean, green, and affordable mobility.

With a fleet of 3,500+ EVs already operational and 2,000+ in the pipeline, we're driving sustainable change in urban transportation by reducing downtime, increasing rider earnings, and building a transparent, fair ecosystem.

We are looking for a Hub Manager (Gurgaon)
to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Gurgaon hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hub operations, ensuring smooth allotment, exchange, and return of EVs.
  • Manage fleet health, maintenance schedules, and downtime reduction.
  • Supervise and guide hub staff, technicians, and support teams.
  • Track and analyze hub performance metrics (utilization, productivity, and cost control).
  • Ensure rider satisfaction through timely support and issue resolution.
  • Drive adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with EVs, fleet tech, or mobility operations is a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
