Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Executive in Pune. The Property Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, and managing client relationships. The role also includes market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring all transactions are conducted smoothly and ethically.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Real Estate and Property Management
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market and local property laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for property management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
