We have urgent opening for the position of Plant HR Head in leading manufacturing company ( Battery ) for Rudrapur location.

Profile: Plant HR Head

Location: Rudrapur

5 Days working

Responsibilities:-

  • Serve as the HR Head for the plant, managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies.
  • Lead initiatives on employee engagement, motivation, and retention to promote a people-centric culture.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, and performance management at the plant level.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and labor laws; maintain strong liaisoning with government and local authorities.
  • Handle grievance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes effectively.
  • Drive productivity improvement programs and workforce optimization strategies.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify and resolve HR-related challenges proactively.
  • Promote health, safety, and employee welfare initiatives across the plant.
  • Maintain cordial relations with workmen, unions, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth plant operations.

Skills & Attributes:-

  • Strong exposure to plant HR operations, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent liaisoning skills with local authorities and labor departments.
  • Proven ability in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Strong people orientation, problem-solving, and leadership qualities.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing or large plant setups.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
