Enhancing Capability of potential employees through Middle Level Manager Development Program "Transcend" and First Time People Manager Programs Digitisation of Skill matrix deployment at each shop floor for multi-skilling, versatality and productivity improvement Closure of open Position as per defined TAT.5. 90% employees to be covered in Inclusion workshops IDP of HR Team with learning projects. 3.1 High Performance Culture Culture 1) Attrition control by 2% than Last year . FGD points closure Women Engagement > 65% Timley Implementation of Identified Projects Sharing best HR practices across units once in a month 3.2 Culture @ DVC 1. Participation of 90% employees in all well being activities. 1.1. Well Being Score enhancement by +2% ( as compared to One Voice Result 2024) Skill upgradation of 20% population to the next level Digital R & R & Suggestion Scheme Implementation. 5 Audits, Business Continuity, ESG & Compliances Compliances & System Conformance 1) All time readiness for Internal & External Audits (including Schneider Performance System). 2) Once in a Quarter % adherance of processes as per SOP. Digitization in Contract Labour Payroll Timely submission of returns under various laws. & timely reporting in Compliance Software and handling inspections.
