Looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to acquire new clients, build relationships, convert leads.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and reach out to target companies (SMBs, startups, corporates).
-Pitch compliance offerings tailored to DPDP Act, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA etc.
-Build partnerships with VCs, accelerators, SaaS vendors, and IT service providers.
-Maintain client pipeline and update CRM tools.
-Ensure revenue targets per client are achieved.
-Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (target ICPs: Indian exporters or foreign SMBs).
-Run outreach campaigns: personalized messaging sequences, follow-ups, scheduling audits/free consultations.
-Track conversion metrics (impressions → discovery calls → paid discovery).
-Assist with content amplification: boost founder posts, manage comments, repurpose content for ads.
-Coordinate low-cost paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Sponsored Content) once traction builds.
Skills to Prioritize:
Strong B2B LinkedIn experience, great written communication, disciplined follow-up, familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-2 to 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
-Focused and goal-oriented.
