
ERP Sales Executive

Job Purpose
To drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships by promoting and selling ERP solutions. The role requires understanding customer requirements, positioning ERP products effectively, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Conduct market research to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet potential clients, understand business needs, and propose ERP solutions accordingly.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution mapping.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends.
- Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and activities regularly.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP/Software/Product Sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
