Responsibilities

ERP System Management & Strategy


• Lead the planning and implementation of ERP systems, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.


• Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with organizational goals.


• Manage system updates, upgrades, and rollouts with minimal business disruption.


• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments,

and change management plans, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project

lifecycle.

Business Process Integration


• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to meet business needs.


• Optimize end-to-end processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.


• Ensure the ERP platform supports real-time visibility and process automation.

Skills


• Atleast 6 years of experience in ERP domain handling as a Technical Consultant.


• Microsoft Dynamics expertise.Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or CRM modules.


• Familiarity with APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or third-party connectors.


• Strong Excel, SQL, or Power BI skills for reporting and analytics.


• Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.


• Excellent knowledge of Agile Software Development process.


• Ability to articulate and communicate effectively.


• Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with co-workers
