About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across the country. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in driving revenue growth, and exceptional leadership capabilities. This role is pivotal in expanding the brand's presence, building high-performing teams, and strengthening relationships within the beauty and aesthetics ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue, market share, and growth targets.
Set clear KPIs and performance goals for regional sales teams.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers and field teams to achieve consistent results.
Business Development
Build and manage strategic partnerships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and trends within the aesthetic/beauty sector.
Expand brand visibility through national-level initiatives and collaborations.
Operational Excellence
Monitor market movements, competitor activities, customer feedback, and product performance.
Establish strong sales processes, including forecasting, budgeting, CRM management, and reporting.
Ensure effective training and product knowledge dissemination across regions.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment
Work closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and customer success teams to ensure synergy and seamless execution.
Provide strategic insights to guide product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
People Management
Build and nurture a high-performance sales culture.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Approximately 10 years of experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven experience in the beauty, aesthetics, derma, skincare, cosmetics, or medical devices industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build and scale sales teams across multiple regions.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue in a competitive market.
Comfort with travel across regions as needed.
