Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter (Entry Level) to join our US Staffing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales. The recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, identifying job opportunities, and coordinating with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC) with direct clients and preferred vendors.
  • Actively source requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients for recurring business opportunities.
  • Understand consultants skill sets and present them effectively to clients.
  • Handle resume formatting, rate negotiation, and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure timely submissions of consultants to job requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants throughout the placement process and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.

Key Skills:

  • Basic understanding of US Staffing and Work Authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).
  • Familiarity with employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good negotiation and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 0-1 year of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing / Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
