We are seeking individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in US Bench Sales/Recruiting and have a strong desire to succeed in this role. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be dealing with clients and vendors in the USA.

Requirements:

  • Excellent US Accent and strong communication skills
  • Good email writing skills
  • Good reading, writing, and talking skills
  • Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
  • Ability to work the night shift according to US time zones
  • Proficiency in MS Word is essential
