Supporting performance appraisal processes
- Helping managers set KPIs and goals
Collecting and analyzing performance data
Compliance & Policies
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Updating HR policies and communicating changes
Assisting with audits and inspections
Employee Engagement
Planning employee engagement activities and events
- Encouraging team-building and morale-boosting initiatives
- Measuring employee satisfaction and feedback
