HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of salaries.
- Manage employee life cycle – from joining to exit formalities.
- Address and resolve employee queries and ensure smooth communication.
- Support performance appraisals and maintain appraisal documentation.
- Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools.
- Good understanding of HR processes, laws, and best practices.
