Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of salaries.
  • Manage employee life cycle – from joining to exit formalities.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Support performance appraisals and maintain appraisal documentation.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, laws, and best practices.
