This role involves accurate billing, timely claims submission, coordination with internal departments, and direct liaison with government panel authorities. The position requires strong knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, government health schemes, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing the billing cycle, verifying documentation, submitting claims, and ensuring adherence to tariff guidelines. The manager will handle communication with Panel (ECHS/CGHS others) officials, manage pre-authorizations, and respond to audits or inspections.

Monitoring receivables, reconciling payments, and addressing claim rejections or deductions are critical aspects of the role.

The individual will also supervise and train a billing team to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree (preferably with an MBA/MHA ), along with 1217 years of relevant experience,
