Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Performance Marketing Manager. In this position, the individual will manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance the university's online presence and enrollment. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing performance-based marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance metrics, optimizing ad spend, and identifying growth opportunities across channels such as Google Ads, social media, Remarketing and email campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with institutional goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and email campaigns
  • Strong Analytical and Optimization skills, focusing on performance metrics, ROI analysis, and campaign improvements
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Audience Segmentation
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics or automation platforms
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education sector or knowledge of higher education marketing is a plus
