We are looking for a seasoned Lead Developer with strong experience in .NET, Azure, React, and DevOps to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performing solutions and will lead a team of developers to deliver robust cloud-native applications. Understanding of SAP landscapes or integration with SAP systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET, Azure, React, and Typescript.
  • Own the application build and deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD using DevOps best practices.
  • Work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on solution design and perform code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability on Azure cloud platforms.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure continuous delivery and improvement of applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET/.NET Core backend development.
  • Proficient in and Typescript for frontend development.
  • Deep experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage, etc.).
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps pipelines, Git, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design principles.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience integrating or working alongside SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules, data structures, or related business processes.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
