We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in GoLang and Java Full Stack Development to lead and deliver critical application development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on expertise in GoLang, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a deep understanding of software development life cycles. Experience or knowledge in the Cable domain and OSS/BSS systems will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end application development projects leveraging GoLang and Java Full Stack technologies.
  • Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications on GCP.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including product owners, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to adopt best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and establish coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and deployment.
  • Understand and contribute to solutions for Cable MSO operations and OSS/BSS systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in GoLang development.
  • Strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, etc.).
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Proven track record of leading application development projects from concept to deployment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge or experience in the Cable domain, specifically with OSS/BSS systems.
  • Familiarity with Cable MSO operations and workflows.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
