Job Title: Senior Construction Engineer

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior construction engineer to lead the execution of projects from planning to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading cross-functional project teams in delivering infrastructure projects.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensuring quality control and implementation of best practices throughout project execution.
  • Managing project finances, including cost estimation, budgeting, and expenditure control.
  • Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may arise during project execution.
Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
