Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site In-charge Engineer to oversee and manage construction project The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget and excellent leadership skills Key Responsibilities Project Planning Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and budget to ensure successful project execution Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of construction professionals including subcontractors and site staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration Budget Management Monitor project budgets control costs and take necessary actions to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints Schedule Management Create and maintain project schedules track progress and implement changes as needed to keep projects on track for timely completion Quality Assurance Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications and implement quality control processes to prevent defects and rework Safety Compliance Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and guidelines Client Communication Maintain open and transparent communication with clients addressing concerns and providing regular project updates Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation including all site related records and project reports Proven experience as a Site in-charge Engineer in the construction industry with a minimum of 9 years of successful project management experience Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and best practices Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Preparation and calculation of BBS and other quantities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Diploma Preferred Experience Civil engineering 5 years Required Work Location In person
