Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our Full Truck Load (FTL) logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the logistics industry, a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for FTL logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
- Maintain regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
