As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering

enterprise-scale CIAM solutions. You will:

• Architect and Strategize - Define the overall technical roadmap and architecture for large-scale CIAM deployments leveraging PingOne Advanced Services.
• Lead and Mentor - Guide engineering teams, conduct design/code reviews, and mentor engineers to build strong CIAM delivery capabilities.
• Innovation - Drive adoption of emerging CIAM technologies (adaptive authentication, risk-based access, orchestration engines).
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with product owners, security architects, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Operational Excellence - Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and operational resiliency of CIAM platforms in production.
• Security & Compliance - Embed identity security best practices, regulatory compliance(GDPR/CCPA), and privacy-by-design in all solutions.

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in CIAM products such as PingOne for Customers, Strivacity or similar, you will:

• Lead end-to-end CIAM solution design, integration, and implementation using PingOne for Customers, PingOne Advanced Services (PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingAccess), PingOne AIC, Strivacity etc.
• Architect and implement user registration, authentication (MFA/passwordless), authorization, progressive profiling, and consent management workflows.
• Design and configure risk-based authentication and fraud detection using PingOne Risk and Protect.
• Develop identity orchestration flows using PingOne DaVinci to streamline customer journeys.
• Integrate CIAM platforms with web, mobile, and API-based applications leveraging OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Define and implement DevSecOps pipelines for CIAM platform automation, configuration management, and deployment.
• Act as the SME for CIAM platform troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Collaborate with enterprise security, architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Create detailed architecture, design, and operational documentation for CIAM deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, POCs, and technical evaluations of new CIAM tools/features.

You must have:

• 812 years in IAM/CIAM with at least 4+ years in Customer IAM projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PingOne for Customers, PingFederate, PingDirectory, MFA,

and adaptive authentication.

• Experience designing and delivering HA, DR, and production-grade CIAM architectures.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, SCIM, JWT, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PingOne DaVinci or other identity orchestration tools.
• Strong programming/integration skills (Java, .NET, ) for custom workflows and

connectors.

• Expertise with DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud

deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Solid understanding of identity security, encryption, and privacy frameworks

(GDPR/CCPA).

• Leadership experience in managing engineering teams and mentoring talent.

Good to have:

• Experience with other CIAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock (PingOne AIC), Strivacity etc).
• Ping Identity certifications in PingOne, PingFederate, and DaVinci.
• Exposure to AI-driven fraud prevention and behavioral risk engines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
