Role & responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers support team working 24/7 which includes night shifts. Majority of the work demand supporting Customer with Production Issues during automation of the Network deployment .

Challenging roles of real time debugging of the issue and quick resolution for networks automation

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in troubleshooting production defects in customer environment
  • Escalate to next level support based on the priority of the issue .
  • Understand customer demands and communicate effectively on the nature of the issue and possible service impact.

Competencies Required:

  • Overall 5+ years of relevant IT experience, in area of Software development and test Automation.
  • Should have end to end working experience in Automation development in cloud native environment.
  • Automation using Python, JavaScript.
  • Awareness of SQL is an additional advantage.
  • Networking knowledge is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Automation using TOSCA, mistral engine.
  • OpenShift, Docker, Helm and container technology experience is essential
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud-native applications
  • Prior experience working in Linux environment is must.
