**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee implementation of financial plans with functional, city and category teams
- Implement measurement and monitoring of ROI framework, budget adherence across teams
- Collaborate with various teams like product, analytics, engineering, marketing and business operations on future expenses
- Have the ability to collect, interpret and review financial statements like profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Develop long-term business plans based on the above reports - be able to connect business with financial numbers
- Financial reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Knowledge around critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth primary and secondary research

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a business finance/strategy role
- Excel modeling skills are a must, Basic SQL skills are a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Analytical mind, Problem Solver
- Self-starter, self-driver, confident and initiative taker
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs and relevant senior executives
