What You'll Do:

  • Financial Strategy & Leadership
    – Develop and execute long-term financial strategy; provide insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management
    – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while driving cost optimization and profitability.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    – Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards; oversee accurate and timely reporting.
  • Risk Management & Controls
    – Implement strong internal controls, identify financial risks, and build mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership
    – Start as an
    individual contributor
    managing end-to-end finance operations, with the opportunity to
    build and lead a team
    as the company scales.
  • Operational & Strategic Support
    – Partner with operations, R&D, and production teams on feasibility studies, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
