Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Sukhdev Vihar, Delhi

Gender Preference: Female

Working Days & Timings: 6 Days | 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary Range: Up to 25,000 per month (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain company services.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the system.
  • Build rapport with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of tele sales / tele calling / inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Good listening ability, polite and professional approach.
  • Ability to work in a service-based environment.
