What you will do:

Director - India Chiller Plant will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and strategic direction of the chiller plant operations. This role involves ensuring the plant runs efficiently, safely, and complies with regulatory standards while optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
 

How you will do it:

  • Lead and manage the chiller plant team, providing direction and support for daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining high standards of health and safety practices.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to support plant design, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting related to plant operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and operational knowledge.
     

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in chiller plant operations or management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and related technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
