  1. Key Objective of the Job: To handle responsibilities mapped to profile of Area Credit Manager.

  2. Handling and evaluating/ assessing CAM Note as well financial model submitted by Business Team

  3. To prepare credit note / financial model with correct information (gathered via business team / public domain / other resources)
  4. Structure the transaction in a feasible manner complying with internal credit policy and regulatory framework.
  5. Capture critical analysis of the Business/ Promoters / Industry /financials and other specific risk w.r.t. particular transaction.
  6. Adequately articulate the risks and respective mitigates along with the sanction conditions/ recommendation.
  7. 2.Major Deliverables:
  8. To prepare the credit note comprising of the detailed transaction structuring/ assessment with a focus on the assessment part of the sought credit facility.
  9. Perform detailed financial analysis and attending to all major movements in P&L & Balance sheet while ascertaining /citing the precise reason of such movement/ variance in accordance with the accounting standards.
  10. Well versed with working on excel based financial modelling and working on large excel sheets comprising of cash flows analysis being derived/interlinked from other sheets.
  11. Critically evaluate the transaction risk, business & Financial risk of the borrower as well as industry risk involved in any given industry.
  12. To Identify relevant and associated risk as aforementioned and submit appropriate mitigate against each.
  13. 3. Educational Qualification:

Chartered accountant/ Post-Graduate in Finance stream.

  1. Desired Experience:

  2. Preferably having relevant experience of min 5-7 years

  3. At least few years of work experience in underwriting in Large/Mid corporate segment comprising of evaluating high ticket size exposures.
