About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as
Sales & Marketing Associates
. The role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a strong foundation in business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategy within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various marketing and sales channels.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline campaigns.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    B.A., B.B.A., or B. Com
    graduating batch or recent graduates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in sales and marketing functions.
