Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilies:
1. Payroll & Records Management
- Oversee and manage accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and statutory deductions.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity,
- Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities as needed.
- Maintain documentation and readiness for audits and inspections.
3. IEC Co-ordinaon
- Act as the IEC (information, Education and communicaon) Coordinator.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and ensure implementation of recommendations.
4. Secretary to Management
- Schedule, organize, and document management meetings.
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Ensure effective communication between management and other departments.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership as required.
5. Contractor & Labor Relations
- Coordinate with labor contractors to ensure availability of manpower as per requirements.
- Ensure contractor compliance with statutory norms and company policies.
- Address grievances and manage day-to-day issues with contract workers.
6. Administration Management
- Oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, security, housekeeping, facility management, etc.
- Manage service providers, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
