Key Responsibilies:

1. Payroll & Records Management

  • Oversee and manage accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and statutory deductions.

2. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity,
  • Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and readiness for audits and inspections.

3. IEC Co-ordinaon

  • Act as the IEC (information, Education and communicaon) Coordinator.
  • Organize meetings, maintain records, and ensure implementation of recommendations.

4. Secretary to Management

  • Schedule, organize, and document management meetings.
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and other departments.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership as required.

5. Contractor & Labor Relations

  • Coordinate with labor contractors to ensure availability of manpower as per requirements.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with statutory norms and company policies.
  • Address grievances and manage day-to-day issues with contract workers.

6. Administration Management

  • Oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, security, housekeeping, facility management, etc.
  • Manage service providers, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
