Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Client Services Representative. Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams. The role also involves managing client accounts, addressing feedback, and fostering strong client relationships throughout the event planning process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to assist clients in meeting their needs effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to handle client interactions and ensure clarity in correspondence
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction to build lasting relationships and maintain high levels of client trust
  • Basic understanding of Finance to manage client accounts and ensure clarity in invoicing and budget handling
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or client relations role is advantageous
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless event support
